Terms of Service

Tuno VPN provides virtual private network access with split routing modes (Global, Smart, and Selective) as described on our website. Clients are available for platforms we advertise (currently Android and macOS; other platforms may be added). Regions and capacity are as listed on the pricing page and may change over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must provide accurate registration information (including a valid email) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use Google sign-in, Google’s terms also apply to that authentication method.

Plans are auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions via Stripe Checkout. An account is required to subscribe. We accept cards. Access lasts for the current billing period; cancel anytime via Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal) and access continues until the period ends. Device limits apply as stated for each plan. Sign in with the same account used at checkout. During beta, invite codes may be required to create an account before purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, or attacks on others.
• Circumvent device limits, share accounts in a way that violates plan limits, or interfere with our network or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the service beyond normal use, except as permitted by mandatory law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be in beta; invite codes or limited capacity may apply. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Tuno branding, apps, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps solely to access the service for your personal or internal use under your plan.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded (including under mandatory German consumer protection rules), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and for prepaid fees you paid for the period in which the claim arose where such a cap is allowed.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Prepaid access ends when the paid period expires or earlier if terminated for breach, without refund except where required by mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires a different process.
